I drive a truck for Tyson Foods What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in the sales field, also have worked in Corrections field at Marion Correctional Inst. I have a extensive knowledge of different work fields. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a Class A CDL license and qualified to drive any vehicle that is on the road. I have been tanker and haz mat endorsed but do not hold either now but can be reinstated if nessacary. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would have to say both, because each has it's own benefit, but with me I have to say skilled. I have a basic education but am very skilled in different work fields. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others brings different cultures and beliefs together as one and we can learn from each other. Describe the benefits of working alone Structure, is my my way of living and I have a structured work ethic as I drive a truck. I spend most of my time alone and do alot of thinking of how to better myself. What was your worst working experience? Working in a fiberglass plant. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That if you give 110% of your time and effort you will get what you deserve somewhere down the road. What unique skills do you have? I'm a people person and very upbeat about life in general. People always describe me as one that will get things done andf has never been late in his life. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being the owner of my own fitness center. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Of being the man to bring products to the people and knowing that if it weren;t for me and the ohter drivers in the world no one would be able to eat and travel, etc. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Being alone and that is not a bad thing, it's the job that i chose and wouldn't trade it for anything.
