Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary: The Civil Engineer will be responsible for Writing High Quality Proposal for National and International Companies regarding Bids and offer Via Internet. Main responsibilities: Familiar with using Internet „Ï Writing Proposal in English and Dari for National and International Offices or Companies. „Ï The Civil Engineer must have strong English Such as ( Reading, Writing, Listen, peeking) „Ï Familiar with typing and Writing any type of Professional letters and Proposal. „Ï Perform and maintain team meeting with National and Internarional Level. „Ï The Civil Engineer must have the ability to perform duty for a newly Establish Company. „Ï Must have good knowledge of Computer(Microsoft Office) „Ï Must have high speed typing in English in English (Optional , Dari or Pashto) „Ï Type Report, Letters, Tables, Form ETC. Assessments: „Ï To make Assessment on Communities needs in term of Infrastructure. „Ï To provide Estimation cost for each Project (Including Material, Equipment, Skill and unskilled Workers). „Ï To provide global estimation of Material and equipment needed for whole project. Implementation „Ï To set up schedule of implementation for each project. „Ï To provide logistic department Material needs Schedule at least one Month before starting of each projects. „Ï To provide technical description of infrastructure to supervisors in charge of project and any explanation necessary for a good implantation of projects. „Ï To monitor the use of material and equipment on each projects. „Ï To supervise the selection of skill and unskilled workers regarding criteria defined with base manager. „Ï To involve the CDC representative on projects Implementation.
