I am U.S Citizen, I am fluent in foreign languages, I have more then six years of security experience, I am reliable and dependable person. And make sure that the job needs to get done. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? well, skills are something that we all use on daily bases. I prefer both. Formal is a proof that convenience the person and the employers to recruit an individual. On the other hand, skill also sometimes works to obtain jobs.But it also depends on the type of jobs.Some jobs do not hire person with skills unless there is formal education documents are present.
