- Duties & Responsibilities: Deploy, roll out. Domain structure (Domain organization, remote control/support and remove, service client machines from the network, hands-on cabling and wiring, basic TCP/IP troubleshooting.

Support users on the network including email setup, installation and testing of: workstations, Scanners, printers sharing, client software, client upgrades & patches, printers and backup devices, responsible for maintenance of Anti Virus on all networked machines.

Provide initial technical assessments of problems and solutions as technical support specialist reporting to Head Office network team. Work with Head Office Field IT engineers and staff for all help desk, network and end user problems to maintain and implement Head Office and Project Office network and computer standards.
