Getting early from bed at 4:00pm since i was surposed to get to my work position at 8:00....but due to traffic jam and i dont have my own car,when i get the manager is already there he deducts ma salary.When i ask her for an overtime hefuses.so i end up getting small salary than expected What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? -is good to stay always happy n to serve customers with good manners for them to come back again -is always good to respect everyone in the institutions What unique skills do you have?
