Formal education or skills and why? Both I consider them valuable. Formal education is a foundation for everything,technical know how are all learned from formal education and skills, a person to be out standing s/he has to have a skill to do the job. skills can be developed and if some one is gifted to learn and develop on skills like me then he will be always outstanding among others even if they can hold the some qualification.
