I prefer Southern Sudan, this is to help build our people

Uganda and Kenya

Hotel

What fields have you worked in before?

Radio Station as a supervisor Hotel as Executive Housekeeper Sales and marketing PSI-Regional sales agent

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in Front Office Diploma in Accommodation operations Bachelor of Hotel and Tourism- Awaiting graduation

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills is more valuable one may have the formal knowledge but not have skill and this is very dangerous.with skills one is able to use them in making/generating more income.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Team work is vital because one is sure of learning from one another and there is power in team work. they learn from you as you learn from them. no man is an island

Describe the benefits of working alone

the highest form of concentration comes from here. one is able to concentrate on the task given at ones pace u do not need to wait for the lazy ones

What was your worst working experience?

Working in an environment where workers are treated like slaves and are paid peanuts

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To be loyal and hardworking and when given a task i do it like i own it.

What unique skills do you have?

i multi task. i can do different things at one time and in a hotel setting i have skills in each department. am a good cook too

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working where you appreciated for the good job done

serving customers

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

working while people are on holidays

what working environment would you prefer?

I would work well in the jungle and the hardship areas..i love nature
