Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because it is a real application of theory to practicals which is evident. Describe the benefits of working with others There is interactions, borrowing of skills, sharing of ideas and also work is done faster. Describe the benefits of working alone There is total concentration to work, and also there is total accuracy in work since no escape-goat during a failure at work.
