I have been working with communal follow-ups on poverty eradication by managing projects. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Social Work and Community Development. Computer applications. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because it is a real application of theory to practicals which is evident. Describe the benefits of working with others There is interactions, borrowing of skills, sharing of ideas and also work is done faster. Describe the benefits of working alone There is total concentration to work, and also there is total accuracy in work since no escape-goat during a failure at work. What was your worst working experience? When not obtaining my goals at the end of work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There is no one who is capable of doing everything to suit the community. What unique skills do you have?
