Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical industryWhat type of job are you looking for? The position will be in pharmaceutical and I am well experienced in the industry and dispensing medication. English-very good,Kiswhahili is good and Kikuyu is the mother language What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I currently reside in USA,but I am open to relocation. Chemist with Johnson and Johnson. What qualifications do you hold? I have Bsc.in applied Chemistry,Msc. in Analytical Chemistry and Doctor of Pharmacy. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe a mix of both depending on the position and the job requirements. Describe the benefits of working with others I believe in a strong team,and everybody's input is valubale. Describe the benefits of working alone I have worked as a pharmacist and sometimes there is shortage of help.The advantage is you can program yourself to be more efficient,more reliable and better in meeting deadlines. What was your worst working experience? Working with groups of people who do not appreciate diversity in people. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You can change to learn new skills and adapt to the needs of a changing global market. What unique skills do you have? I am mature,I have been educated in Kenya and America, and I can bridge the gap between cultures. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? The position would be with a healthcare organization that is able to impact the lives of it's clients in tangible and positive ways. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? You meet people from different backgrounds and counsel them to get a positive outcome. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes you cannot recommend or implement the best policies because of redtape, financial limitation and lack of vision within the organization.
