I have no open visa, but it’s no problem to get it. My passport is valid till 2020. What field do you currently work in? I am working as lecturer in Dnipropetrovsk National University (one of the top university in Ukraine). Area of scientific interests – international relations (disciplines: “IR and foreign policy of Russia”, “IR and foreign policy of Asian countries”, “IR and foreign policy of African countries”). What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a state officer (6,5 years), bank clerk (2,5 years). What qualifications do you hold? Soviet equivalent of Master’s degree in politology (Dnipropetrovsk National University). I can obtain an equivalent of PhD on May 2011. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Equally important both that, and another. I hope, that I possess a mixture in the necessary proportion.
