Certificate in General Agriculture(Bukura Agricultural college)-Credit Diploma in Agribusiness Management and Marketing(B.A.C)-Pass Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both,so as to be more efficient in the field and be able to understand the work that you are managing and allocating to workers in the farm.You can understand something theoretically but can't perform it because you lack skills,so i think both are important and valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others You get to learn new skills from them and they also learn from you other skills that they don't have.Again work will not be halted when you are not around since there will be somebody to step in your shoe for the better of the organisation.You also shre ideas in times of difficulties.
