What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in NCHD (nation Commission for Human Development) and working in Education department. What qualifications do you hold? I am master degree Holder in Education and Master In Pashto. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both are valueable because one is incomplete without other. or they are complement for each other.I think for the skills there is need of formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others mean a team work. and a team work is very nessesary for the complition of every kind of work and to achieve a goal.without a team work a less of work is difficult. Describe the benefits of working alone when someone is facing a situation such to do work alone. should take a work as a challange to work hard for the completion. but every time a guidance of experienced person is nessesary. What was your worst working experience? I think in my life I hav'nt expeienced such a situation because I worked every time heartedly with keen interest. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt from the very begining that every struglle for somthing can't go aimless.but there should be continuity in work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? there are many interesting aspects of my job. such there is an interaction with other and to produce a social Educational and skilled society.it is just like an ever green tree. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I thik as it is an interesting job but it is difficult also. but difficult not impossible. what is the aim your life? The aim of my life is to educate all the society/ Country and as will as the world. I want to do such a work that it may be frouit full for the whole world and not let me to die after my death.
