ALGERIAN What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak very well Arabic and French. I have no difficulties with those languages either with reading, listening and speaking. I speak a little of English. I mean, I can read, understand and express myself in English (just with a simple way) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking to work, for example, at south of Algeria with rotation basis system, because the work in this area is rewarding and challenging. Moreover, with this system of rotation basis, I think it is the better way to separate between my professional and my private life. What countries have you worked in? I've worked in financial and accounting department within a national company of marketing and distribution of petroleum products then, I have moved to technical department in order to look after the processes market in the company. What qualifications do you hold? I have experience, a good assimilation and I am well trained. I have good ability at computers. I have taken classes in project management, languages, finances and accounting. I am a good team player and efficient. I am creative and I can understand anyproblem. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education can be a good asset to do well his job but you need always experience to be skilful. I think that skills are more valuable than formal education because in the practical area we need skills. Moreover, of course you have to join the practice to the theory in order to progress. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a group can be great but it can be also unpleasant. However, most of time there is more benefits than disadvantages because you keep learning from others, bring some things useful to them and you communicate in the end (humans love communicating, they live by communicating). Moreover, we all know that "unity is strength". In mathematics, one plus one results two. In the group, an idea addition to another idea makes three ideas; this is what we call "the dynamic of group" Describe the benefits of working alone When you work alone, you take less time than when you work in a group because in the group you will have always to argue, you cannot progress if one of them disagree you, then you have to convince him first in order to pass to another subject. I mean if you work alone you will progress quickly because in the group there are big chances to waste time in order to resolve conflicts between persons. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was once when my work was stolen by a colleague and I had had to work all night and all day to do again the job and since this occurrence I became more careful, I mean I keep copy for everything. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Throughout my career, I did not stop learning. Moreover, the most important lesson I have learnt was: ***Though you are well formed and though you have skills you cannot be good in job (I mean efficient) if you are not a communicative person*** What unique skills do you have? I have time management skills, ability to focus and work hard. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I really need opportunity to prove my capacities to succeed in the business area. My dream job is to work with the greatest business leaders in the world and learn from them. I want to be capable of handle important situations where I can be creative and find out solutions. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Finances are the most delicate and in the same time, the most important occupation among other activities because you will always need money to realize an idea or a project. For me, I enjoy doing this job of finance. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? It is stressing as activity because you always care about exactness and the information must be accurate. You are always busy and will often furrow your forehead.
