Main Responsibilities:

The positions of supervision and managerial responsibility for Front Office department and work flow is concerned with handling guest arrivals, departure and information requests to be achieved and high performance standard among the guest contacting staff and the guest-satisfaction –rate .As a consequence they are knowledgeable, friendly and polite when they are dealing with the guests and in addition I help them to understand the reservation correspondences , I used to inform the management of certain results, trends or guest impressions and problems in the hotel affecting the guests and the operation via reports and e mails . In addition I work closely with the accounting to ensure effective billing procedures to be matching with hotel policy. I also coordinate with the Human Recourses Department to ensure staff training is continuously carried out and proficiency is maintained all time. I also maintain control of guest mails, plans and implement the application of availability controls to those market segments, which will maximize hotel room, food & beverage and other revenues where applicable parcels need supply. And I ensure a professional switch board operation all time and carry out routine-test-calls to ensure the standard as high as possible. Besides I carry out duty management shifts to the Hotel standard, according to the rotes established.
