I would like to work and live in Boumredes, because I have family there. I would also accept positions in Algiers, Oran and Constintine since they are beautiful places. What countries have you worked in? I currently work in the United States. I never taught abroad. What field do you currently work in? Elementary education, special education, and developmental psychology. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in both the public and private schools sector. My specialty is Autisim and learning disorders. What qualifications do you hold? M.Ed Special education B.Sc Human Development 12 years of experience Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are equally important. A person must be able to learn and be able to apply it by using their skills. It's called theory and practice in the education field. Describe the benefits of working with others I love to work as a team. It's easier to accomplish large tasks, meet others and learn from them. Describe the benefits of working alone It's easier to concentrate and focus at the task on hand. What was your worst working experience? I had a job where I was more equally qualified but had more experience than my boss. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned to not only love teaching and learning, but instilling that into other students. What unique skills do you have? I have been told that I'm very creative, and funny individual. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My drean job would be in Algeria. It would be a great place to raise my daughters, live with my in laws and help support my husbands family. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The evolution of schools, and how schools are rapidly changing and becoming more innovative about the way things are ran. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting thing in my job field is paperwork. |
