From: June 2007 To: To- date Employer: UN Habitat Role: Personal Driver Main Responsibilities Driving my boss to various destinations and maintaining motor vehicle diary and other routine records.

From: Oct 2003 To: May 2007 Employer: Des Investment Role: Driver Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, my duties included: Driving employees to various destinations, filling in the vehicle mileage log on every trip, fueling the vehicles and accounting for all fuel purchases, running errands, maintaining motor vehicle documentation, overseeing proper maintenance of the vehicles and record keeping among other responsibilities'

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

My key skills include:§ Kenyan Driving License [Class ABCE]. Driving – Experienced motor vehicle driver with over 9 years of accident free driving. Holder of a clean and valid§ Motor Vehicle Maintenance – A skilled mechanic who has successfully conducted routine maintenance procedures and minor mechanical repairs on motor vehicles.§ Customer Service – Provides all my clients with excellent customer service thereby earning their confidence and appreciation.§ Supervision/Leadership – Provided excellent supervision and leadership to work teams on various vehicle maintenance roles resulting into successful achievement of work objectives. § Organization and Planning - A highly organized individual who handles all tasks in a methodical and timely manner.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Greatly improved my decision making skills through hands-on experience in handling diverse challenging situations which called for different approaches in decision making.
