High school education/20 years as a mason,contractor. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because get the job done.many educated ones are broke and jobless due to lack of skills. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do it correctly or don't do it at all. What unique skills do you have? Artistic rock and brick work. Unique freplaces,outdoor grills and patios. The ability to communicate well w/my clients openly and honestly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? What I'm doing right now is great but being a land scaper would be a nice job as well. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
