I am seeking for a position in accounting or finance in challenge environment and also create a highest level skill to managing the office. What nationality are you? I am British from Angola so that is means i have got both passport. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Served as an effective translator(English to Portugues)speak very well but my first language is Portugues, and also i speak Spanish my written and oral skill have being gained over several years of employment in Madrid. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am an enthusiastic and conscientious worker, who loves to achieve a high standard at all time. At the moment i am living in angola, because of family matters. I recently left my job on city council in Nottingham-England where i was employed as Assistant Payroll Manager. What countries have you worked in? My experience of working with an office environment and stores come from my time back home in Angola where I was employed as Admin/Store person in my family business, Since coming to the UK I have up graded my skills so much. I have also taken and pass a customer service and Retail course, Interpreter course, AAT Account Intermediate degree.I recently left my job as Assistant Payroll Manager in UK, also i have several exams to complet my degree in Financial Account and Management on Nottingham University England. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I would say i can work in any European union state, and also in Angola where i was born. What field do you currently work in? To be honest formal education tought me how to problem solve, since i been to school make me in contact with the outside world.Howevwr i have learned much more get expectation and goals to achieving certificates.Lerning about sucess and failure, so at the moment i can say my formal education prepared me to work in an office environment(Nottingham City council) in UK where i was able to offer well-diversified experience in the area of account. However myself believe education definitely set a very good foundation to be sucessful in any career. My understanding of formal education come from my previous assignment at university where i was able to discuss that matter in group, at the end i got the conclusion that education is a process of training and development to make yourself get the knowledge,skill,culture, and character. Skill are often manifested by efficient integration of new technology or process, skill also involve learning to execute movements with the minimum affect to achieve predentemined affect in some words, i can say skill is an ability that comes from training or pratice. Skill creat the ability to apply it properly in pratice is learning ability to carry out some results of your knowledge, energy, management,teamwork. Describe the benefits of working with others Working is a team is great for motivation annd ideias also moral in the work place, working in a team make you growth and gives you a satisfation, make you building relationship and networking. For myself i am capable of working on my own initiative and also i can promote a positive work environment and also contribute as cooperative team work. Working with others requere pratice, personal skill, one of the main advantages of working with others is that you can benefit from the skill of others, that you may not have, this ability can benefit the organisation and yourself. - Working others make you more marketable, employers want team players. - Help you develop communication negotiation and problem solving, share ideias and so on. - Describe the benefits of working alone I have heard from sameone if you want something done right you better do it by yourself, some people perfer working alone in special leaders for me working alone is to complicate because nobody will supervise you so if you need help no one wiil be there to give you hand. So working by yourself it will take no long time to complet the task, the resposanbility pf any project will be yours. What was your worst working experience? My worse experience was when I been in college I missed class for one week to get a summer work my teacher make me work by myself and make the exam alone on holiday time so I was not able to travel on my holiday, this make me learning by our mistake. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learning treat other people well, you prefer other people treat yourself. This experience become when i was emplyed as till operate i been dealing with customer in a bad way after some weeks i describe the customer is a father of my girlfriend. so i recognize a customer always wright since thta day i am a good communicator and happy to deal with all type of people. What unique skills do you have? Punctuality is always my target getting earl in any event, or appointment is my unique skill. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? For me i would say i real want to be a very good accountant manager since i left school i was able to help my futher to run the business and my family always give me credite because i am good with numbers.
