Manager handling accounts, sales, imports, hiring of staff, making contracts of staff, hiring outlets for sales, marketing, banking transactions, annual auditing. What fields have you worked in before? Imports, Sales, Accounts, complete banking including cash, transfers, risk management, loans, bridge loans, syndicated loans, bank guarantees, Letters of Credits, Complete maintenance of accounts of bank, Travelers cheques, tested telexes, complete independent management of companies with experience of more than 35 years. What qualifications do you hold? High School, College both in commerce group. Studied Banking and Finance from May College, London, but did not attend exams. Studied computer hardware, Mobile Telephones, Automobile engineering. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills comes with education, only education also does not make a man a good worker. First is education and than skill, skill comes with the experience. Both are valuable but skills are more valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is essential no matter the company is small or big. With the team work we make proper decisions for the benefit of the company. In addition to that you live in different cultures and people with different minds some are superior and some inferior but ideas of everyone counts for the development of the future of business. What was your worst working experience? I never had worst experience in my life, Yes, due to discrimination, race problem, sometimes you feel bad but as I have worked with many different cultures and people with different mentalities so I managed day to day work without any worst time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Punctuality, respect, help team , teach who are working under your supervision, hard work, decide the matters with the opinions and advices of other team members in certain sensitive problems for the well being of the organization for which I work. What unique skills do you have? With the experience of more than 35 years, I will say that I am skilled in so many fields, Including accounting, Sales, Purchases, Imports, Exports, Reporting to higher authorities, auditing, correspondence, managing with different people with different culture and mentalities. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Chief executive or Finance Manager in a multinational company, or in a Bank , as with so much experience in different fields, I can fit in any good job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To manage company independently, Managing all transactions, I have worked like this in many companies where bosses were never present and I was on my own to decide matters, my job was to give them daily, weekly,monthly reports and show them profit at the end of year. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? As we all know that accounting is the backbone of any company. I dislike working in a atmosphere where there is too much internal politics and less work. What and how I can contribute for the development of organzation. It depends on the kind of job and responsibilities given to me. If I am offered a job to handle everything, I believe in few months I will show my talent and bring back the company on its two legs, if I am given a particular job than I will try to bring it to the modern level as the day to day technology changes.
