I hold a B Comm Business Studies (hons) degree from Midlands State University and I am currently doing Chartered Financial Analyst Program Level(i currently waiting for my results) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education coupled with skills as the two complement each other.Formal education equips one with the know how while skills arms one with the application of the theory mastered from formal education.
