Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable. With formal education l get the theoretical knowledge which l will then apply into practice to get the necessary skills and experience to effectively execute my duties. Describe the benefits of working with others I get the necessary experience work wise and social wise. Its vital to socialize as l get to learn different cultures and norms Describe the benefits of working alone I do not see working alone being of much benefit and its a lonely situation. Unavailability of material resources and also human resources What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be patient, calm and well collected.
