Luanda.No specific reason because l have never been to Angola

What countries have you worked in?

Botswana

What field do you currently work in?

I am working as a Midwife

What fields have you worked in before?

Paediatrics, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics,Accident and Emergency

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in General Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are valuable. With formal education l get the theoretical knowledge which l will then apply into practice to get the necessary skills and experience to effectively execute my duties.

Describe the benefits of working with others

I get the necessary experience work wise and social wise. Its vital to socialize as l get to learn different cultures and norms

Describe the benefits of working alone

I do not see working alone being of much benefit and its a lonely situation. However, it benefits the antisocial group.

What was your worst working experience?

Unavailability of material resources and also human resources

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To be patient, calm and well collected. Think before acting and to always ask when not sure of anything to avoid endangering patients and workmates.

What unique skills do you have?

Midwife Nurse Counselor

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My current job is my dream job because l like it so much and wish to accelerate within it.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Talking to patients and helping them to the best of my knowledge

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Failure to achieve my set objectives
