My native language is Lamba and also speak Bemba and Nyanja What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am interested to work in Angola in tourism areas where tourists from all over the world are found or come to. What countries have you worked in? South Africa, Tanzania and attachment in Zimbabwe and malawi What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have been trained in hospitality industry What qualifications do you hold? 1. Certificate in Front Office Operations( Hotel Reception) 2. Diploma in Hotel Management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education because it equips you with professional knowledge and eventually it enhances skills Describe the benefits of working with others You learn a lot from working with others and you get exposed in knowledge Describe the benefits of working alone You concentrate a lot as you have no one to disturb you What was your worst working experience? When we had an over booking at one of the hotels I managed and clients got very angry to be referred to another hotel What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To learn to listen carefully and not to interrupt when a person is talking or complaining What unique skills do you have? I adapt easily and am a team builder and great motivator What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
