What was your worst working experience?
When I worked for Cavendish Hotel, the restaurant manager mixed up the function starting time, it was suppost to start at 5:00pm, and we thought the time for function was 6:00pm. he turn up by 4:45 to start serving the we did not have nothing ready, the guests did not want to wait and left, the hotel lost money, and we felt completly helpless, we put so much work and planning into that function,I can even imagine, surely the worst experience ever, after that I always keep communication with the person that is charge of the function.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
be true to yourself, respect your peer and your work.
