Country Managing Director-Angola Melt Consulting is a recruitment and selection agency. Our client is an multinational IT compagnie. Job description: Leads and coordinates overall company country operational and marketing activities for servers, software, storage and IT services and supporting functions and office facilities. Internally works with senior management from marketing, services, sales and Leads and functions such as finance, human resources, etc at the country level. • Manages country compliance within legal and company policies. Responsible for identifying and driving in response to the issues / opportunities identified in Annual Employee Survey (Voice Of the Workforce survey) requierements • Builds key country relationships with customer executives for top accounts, Channel and Alliance partner executives, government executives, vendors and the press. Represents and participates in Industry and Government task forces on behalf of the company. • Leads the compilation and implementation of a country strategy for enterprise business. Executes the overall Corporate strategy, global programs and standards in country. Drives long term planning process for the country • Assumes point accountability and responsibility for the enterprise business country team and drives a performance based value system and culture. Leads the Management team and establishes a high performance culture; Ensures alignment of country company activities. • Manages and directly accountable for the end to end P&L Management. • Works on maximizing company's revenue and profit opportunities in the country with key customers. Drives profitable growth across every market sector in country. Develops a program of account targeting, lead generation, sales conversion, and cross-selling activities; Ensures execution and achievement of business goals for a country. • Increases market share in all product / services categories. Leverages a background of experiences and contacts to personally develop new client relationships to capture additional revenue opportunities for enterprise business. • Helps clients and potential clients understand company's value proposition in a compelling way. Uses sales skills and modeling tools to convincingly position as a primary partner in addressing complex business issues. • Develops and maintains the trust and credibility necessary to establish internal and external relationships critical to identifying and converting business development opportunities. Qualifications • University or Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or MBA preferred • Typically 12-15+ years of professional services experience • Demonstrated successful experience in managing a local team • Proven ability to originate and manage multi-business unit deals >$10M • High Level of English/Portuguese, depending on the market assigned.
