I am university graduate with distinction as Environmental Chemical Engineering, University of Chile. Qualified to work in industries and organizations of public and private sector in various fields of engineering, management and research in the environmental area in different areas. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me both are very important in the first instance is very important formal education, since it delivers professional confidence that was highly demanded in learning, and had sacrificed much to be what it is. However, the skills play an important role, because it is something that is not learned in a classroom, it's lake that has and is cultivated, which have strength and polish every day. Growing up in a corporation can acquire many skills that are not learned in college, although it is this that gives the criteria and tools so that skills are well used. Describe the benefits of working with others for me there are several benefits of working in teams, such as the interaction between different disciplines, allowing us to see the different topics or issues with multiple perspectives, resulting in a discussion that consistently brings the best solution. also allows that there is a constant growth and feedback from individuals, are more fresh ideas. Along with this will enable us to have roles within the team, so we can be more effective, as we look at the forest and not the tree that covers it. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can sometimes be good, because we can be more ordered, as this organization only depends on ourselves and not on the availability and coordination of a team. You can be more disciplined and work alone at your pace, there is no competition and conflicts of interest. What was your worst working experience? I have not yet had bad work experiences. If I mention, in 2007 I researched on the quality parameters of royal jelly, which proposed a different method, often thought to lower the arms, because we had a hard time getting results, not to mention as it took to get good results. I had to be very patient and persistent effort to achieve the intended objective. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is perseverance, but this must be accompanied by mcuho responsibility, planning, order, and listening. What unique skills do you have? Besides being a highly competent professional and well qualified, getting my graduation with distinction, I am responsible, analytical, proactive, results focused, self-learning ability, teamwork ability, leadership and group management. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? dream work is work that I grow more, be successful, achieve my goals, which imposes challenges me, where I can run and grow the company, of course where I feel valued, validated and that I belong there. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? most interesting aspects of my field, are that it allows aiming the sustainable development of a country and globally, since it allows carrying out the activities necessary for economic growth, but thinking of the environmental balance, ie we get a great development but living our best. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the least interesting is sometimes having to convince people that it is important to think about these things. what are your goals? inside of my goals is to be in a company to give me a chance to show my full potential, allowing me to grow, be a better professional, and that the company also wants to accomplish great things, not a bit, if not to differentiate and be the best.
