I think that all skills are more important,as you can use them as a tool to build your career but you cannot write off formal education as it serves as an aid to skills.formal education helps you use skills more productively. Miswaco Worked for seven years as solids control senior engineer equipments that it used were Centrifuge, Vert-g, Mon pumps, Electrical and hydralics.Centrifugal pumps, vacuum, Conveyors, S.R.A System, electrical and electronics panel.
