Formal education or skills and why? Both. Because the surgeon is not just an operator, he must have a good understanding of all principles from formal education and good skill is indeed what the surgeon need for the safety of his patients Describe the benefits of working with others I go with: " Who he wants to run, fast runs alone; who he wants to run further runs together.
