What type of job are you looking for?

Am looking for a job in the area of community development which is a child centered project (Social Work).On the other hand I can work as an Administrative Assistant at any organization.In addition,I can work in teaching English in Upper primary school or English for beginers.

What nationality are you?

Zambian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

1.English at a very good and fluent level. 2.Nyanja as Zambian language.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Angola.

What countries have you worked in?

not as yet

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

not as yet

What field do you currently work in?

As an Administrative Assistant and minister of the Gospel (Evangelist).

What fields have you worked in before?

Community development as Social worker in a child centered project in Zambia and as a Food Monitor with CARE International.

What qualifications do you hold?

1.A grade 12 full certificate (O`Levels) 2.A diploma in Business Management/Administration. 3.Certificate in biblical studies.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills are very important more especially in the developing countries because it helps so many people become productive thereby reduction of poverty.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1.You learn more life issues. 2.You can develop leadership skills. 3.Together you can achieve much.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Its easy and faster to make decision for your business.

What was your worst working experience?

When my working contract came to an end because donors had phased out.It came unexpected.Later on I was evicted from a house where I was renting,They Land lord took almost all my assets,children were chased from school I was really depressed but God almighty I was strengthened by the Holy Spirit etc.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

1.In leadership you need to be patient. 2.In leadership you need to learn to ask where you do not know. 3.You can not work alone,you need others to succeed. 4. An experienced person is far much better than a person with just qualifications.

What unique skills do you have?

1.Ministering the word of God. 2.Planting churches 3. Equipping Leaders. 4.Teaching/facilitation skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Be able to assist others who are in need and the planting of churches in the whole SADC region.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Teaching and equipping leaders.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

When people achieve what they want after I teach them.
