I have worked in Male and Female Medical wards. I have also worked as a HIV/AIDS counsellor in the same wards. I have also worked at the Hospitals Blood Bank as a Nurse Blood Donor Recruiter and Phlebotomist. What qualifications do you hold? Male Enrolled Nurse certificate. Psycosocial counsellor certificate. Nurse Phlebotomist. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both in that formal Education teaches you the actual knowledge in a particular area and Skill Teaches you how to do it practically.
