Nursing Jobs

Zambian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English (fluently)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Angola.Any area. Just ready to be located anywhere.

What countries have you worked in?

Zambia

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

None yet, but would if accepted to work in Angola.

What field do you currently work in?

Orthopaedic ward

What fields have you worked in before?

I have worked in Male and Female Medical wards. I have also worked as a HIV/AIDS counsellor in the same wards. I have also worked at the Hospitals Blood Bank as a Nurse Blood Donor Recruiter and Phlebotomist.

What qualifications do you hold?

Male Enrolled Nurse certificate. Psycosocial counsellor certificate. Nurse Phlebotomist.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both in that formal Education teaches you the actual knowledge in a particular area and Skill Teaches you how to do it practically.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You learn more from others and work is done quickly and effectively.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You concentrate in your work to achieve the best for your Patients.

What was your worst working experience?

When I was Nursing more than 50 Patients alone.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To be Patience as you are working with People.

What unique skills do you have?

Able to work alone even when a situation demands a lot.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Doing Medicine

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with People of all Traditions and Culture.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

When I am putting so much effort to treat or Nurse a Patient then the patient is not responding well.
