Did two contracts in Mozambique running production on the Govt owned Soveste and privately owned Armazain making long sleeved t jumpers for sale in England. My Portugese is limited, but machinists and management were able to understand me. My body and facial language is good. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Angola because I havent been there yet. Reports of stable and expanding ecomony are good. The Angolan people want to work and have pride in themselves and I really like that. Doing plumbing, electricals (except for mains board), glass, wood and paintwork myself. Also repaired roof. Have built fish ponds and put in a huge garden and orchard. Soft Toy Production (teddy bears etc) included all the basic production requirements as well as toy design. Cleaning Chemicals, which included procurement, blending, sales and delivery. Skills are far more important. I have worked with highly 'qualified' Accountants who had absolutely no practical skills Describe the benefits of working with others If one can get the right highly motivated people working with you, one is able to achieve far more than working alone and the correct type of team work can produce stimulation to achieve higher productively. Describe the benefits of working alone If one works alone one learns to adapt to self motivation and goal targeting does not get held up by others. It is possible to get great work satisfaction but one must be prepared to sacrifice the large production for the better made article and adjust your sales targets to a more exclusive clientel.
