Graphics Assistance, Sales Rep,Receptionist and currently Office Administrator. What qualifications do you hold? I've obtained a Senior certificate for Grade 12, Computer skills certificate and a National certificate in Office Administration. NB:I'm currently studing part time to upgrade my skils. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider the skills education more valuable, becuase an individual is able to express one's self, thoughts, intelligence, abilities and experiences etc. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others - I've learned that one can be taught a lot(Positve or Negative)and it's up to that person if they take or leave what they learn from others. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has advantages and dis-advantages, but one of the best things of working alone is being your own boss, your work nor your ability is questioned. What was your worst working experience? Have not come across one yet...I believe that if one is prepared every day to face trials and tempetations, then one is ready to overcome any thing!!! What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I love working with people and assisting them with their queries. I enjoy my working field because it allows you to grow every day and always be determined to learn different things. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Some times mis-communications or mis-understandings arise, could be with clients, walk in customer or the staff - when such happens you need to find polite ways on how to deal with such even if the other party is wrong; you need to take blame to be proffesional.
