Formal education comes with discipline and helps create work ethic.On the other hand, skilled manpower is the backbone of any idustry that seeks to compete effectively in today's age. Describe the benefits of working with others It's a useful form of socialisation. Team building and participation activities help to mould character. The others teach you and they also learn from you. Describe the benefits of working alone Limited interruptions means that work can get done faster. What was your worst working experience? Being denied use of computer labs to gain requisite experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You alone can stop yourself from success. What unique skills do you have? Can use Interactive Whiteboard, Can operate a Vector-based GIS system, have good compute skills, Can teach with suitable methodology.
