These are our neighbors we interact with daily,have nearly the same cultural characteristics and therefore I will easily and quickly adapt to life relatively faster to concentrate on my job. I am a Head of department for Cash and sales What fields have you worked in before? upon graduating from the University, I joined a commercial bank under a two(2) year management training program to learn all aspects of commercial banking What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Mathematics with computer Sciences and Certificate in Project Management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? These two work well when combined. But education is more valuable because if one gets stuck with the work at hand its easier for them to refer to the principles they learnt and a solution will easily follow Describe the benefits of working with others working with others brings about synergy and ideas shared between could enhance future efficiency Describe the benefits of working alone working alone allows some one to do an introspection on oneself to gauge just how good or how far one can stretch oneself to achieve goals in the most cost efficient manner What was your worst working experience? Seeing people picking up what they are being taught and rising up to do even more that the teacher achieved What are the least interesting aspects of your field? seeing uncommitted students fail even when they have the abilities to succeed.
