I consider skilled education valuable but formal eduaction is priceless and one can still learn from that. Describe the benefits of working with others These include sharing their experiences, learning alot of things from them both skilled and formal, and coming up with new ways to do certain issues Describe the benefits of working alone I guess you tend to be your own boss and set your own targets. Site building of 2 towers on a very steep mountain (Muching Escarpment) in Isoka zambia What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everyone you work with regardless of their skill will teach you something if you are willing to hear What unique skills do you have? Very good driver, good at the computer in different programmes like MS office, MS project, MS powerpoint, Visio, etc. Good construction knowleddge for telecommunication towers, What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Sometimes as a result of being female people tend to think I can not perform as well as a man. However I have proved my self able as I have been the only female working for different male dominated firms for the past 6 years.
