I have planned, designed and built a new cancer center, a new breast center and start many new programs over the years. I have experience in Radiology as well as Oncology. What nationality are you? Anguilla/St. Martin My husband and I have been vacationing in Anguilla for a number of years and plan to relocate in the new future. Formal education or skills and why? Both, however i think experience is the best teacher Describe the benefits of working with others I am know as a team builder and have skills to motivate others Describe the benefits of working alone You can a lot of computer work accomplished What was your worst working experience? Dealing with difficult physicans when i first graduated now i am the Dirctor of those physicians What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To listen to employees/patients/families and their concerns in order to meet their needs. What unique skills do you have? Teambuilding and conflict management. I am told that i have a way with people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Any job working in Anguilla in order to live there. We have made many friends with the locals over the years. "Frank the taxi driver" would highly reccomend me. So would the Prime Minister What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Helping to heal people and meet the needs of their familes What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Unfortunately in healthcare some people die What jobs do you have in Anguilla they you think i could help make a positve difference in your country as i have here in the US? I would be willing to work in other areas outside my current career in order to live and become a citizen of Anguilla.
