Scott Kevin Fryer (203.10.224.58) -

I am interested in obtaining a hospitality position as a chef in the Antartica. I am 42 years old and have been a chef for in the Army for 25 years, I am a catering officer at the moment. I am currently in a managerial position and am very interested in applying for a six month postion in Antartica. Any information you could provide to assist me in applying for such a postion would be appreciated.
