as a chef i usualy have a team but worked alone before and it can be nice because only you do the work the way you want
What was your worst working experience?
i have worked for a major tour operator for 3 years and have found that the staff are less valued than smaller companys,it has 14 hotels and you just feel like a robot at times
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
variaty is the spice of life,and to trust you and your team
What unique skills do you have?
i have been cooking for 15 years and will be 30 in april so i feel i am still a young and enthusiastic chef and really enjoy my carear,and am always happy and out going
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
to work in a well established restraunt in canada where i am able to snowboard on my days off as this is my favourite pass time

im an open minded person but am really a chef at heart
