Hourly work,hospitality,telcom.,weather station, argriculture.A job for a person who doesn't have a college degree but has lifetime skills.Like a caretaker for camp or station or even ship not on duty.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Since I don't have a formal education,but do have some college. I will say skills thats how you get thru life.Formal education teaches what in a book.

Being the new guy on the job and not knowing all the ins and outs until you learn them.
