Hi, I am looking for a cooking/chef type position.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English,pig latin

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Antarctica,because I want the experience,and I've heard the skiing is great.

What countries have you worked in?

USA/ Alaska

What field do you currently work in?

Chef-business owner,the going broke field

What fields have you worked in before?

strawberry fields,grape vine fields

What qualifications do you hold?

20 year pro

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills.........because they pay the bills

What was your worst working experience?

running out of salmon for the bbq,with a bunch of mad wedding goers staring me down,hating me.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

listen,don't assume,have a sense of humor

What unique skills do you have?

I play a pretty good tenor banjo/and a wicked electric guitar.....I can make a sound with my mouth that sounds just like a bong(?)I can be pretty creative with food too.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My own little eatery and bar at Mount Baker,WA

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

creativity with food and the conviviality,culture and enjoyment of it all

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

dishes

why should we hire you,at all? are you sane?

Because I am easygoing,professional and would thrive in the environment,I think.....plus I derive a lot of pleasure out of feeding people great,interesting food,and seeing what happens,and I know just when to quit playing the banjo.Yes-depending on your defenition.
