Formal education or skills and why? One needs both to tango, this is because medicine is an art as well as science. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit is that of sharing ideas and views, which i think is the best approach to managing clinical conditions. Describe the benefits of working alone I must say it is dangerous working alone, especially to the inexperienced doctors. For the experienced ones, it may afford them with challenges which might be a trigger or motivating factor for further researches. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i was involved in the management of a terminally ill patient, who did not survive it. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i learnt in my career is that doctors cannot work in isolation. They need the help of other medical personnel to advance. What unique skills do you have? Fundoscopy, endotracheal tube intubation, emergency managements and surgical skills,advanced and basic Paeditrics life Support, and lots. more. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work as a medical/house officer in a Paediatrics emergency unit. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most inspiring aspect is seeing very sick patients get better, more so, seeing a distressed mother smile again. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspect of my field is when i cannot help my patient stay alive. Is there any other thing you may want us to know? Yes, I have five years experience.
