| Questions: hostile work environment and who to call in arizona for help? there is about 9 or 10 of us that all can say that are boss makes are work a hostile work environment. Me personally I have had nothing but trouble with my manager and he told every one I was his best employee. Well he constantly will tell us that everything is are job so he is not responsible for any thing when something goes south. When the owner of the company tells us to do something and we tell him the owner said no to do it like this then he blows up at us and that's when I went to the owner and let him know what was going on. The problem is that now that i have done that he has pulled one of my coworkers into his office and try to turn them against me telling them that i have just hurt them to now he is not going to buy are work shoes and he is going to cut my hours and if can cut my hourly wage but don't see him being able to take money but i can see him taking hours. I need to know what do I do or what is my next step someone said start a partition and have them Sign it at the bank where I work and hand it to the owner and tell him if he does not remove him then we will take him to court but to me that sounds threatening? can you help me with this any one??????????? |
