| Questions: where can i find arizona labor laws? i am having a hard time with a job in arizona. ever since i lost my baby at 21 weeks due to an affection to the placenta my job has been dicking my hours back slowly and finally they have reached the breaking point to where they have me only scheduled for 5.5 hours this week. a 2.5 hour shift one day and a 3 hour shift another. my husband told me that it is against the labor laws to work some one less than 4 hours a day. but i can not find it on the internet any where. does any one know where i can find this at and if this is true? also they did not ask me to bring in a doctors note when i came back from delievering my still born. thanks in advance. i am just tired of being treated like a worthless worker.when i am one of the hardest and commited workers. i wasnt getting full time hours..but i was getting atleast 30 hours before i lost my baby! |
