| Yahoo! Answers: Which are my rights as a wife during a divorce in Arizona? I been married for 3 years now and just I told my husband I want the divorce. After that he threat me to throw me out of the house and not giving me one cent of nothing. I do not have a job nor somewhere to go since my family and my friends live in another country, so pretty much our house is the only place I have. I tried to be mature about all this and tried to talk to him with no success. Now he is accusing me of cheating, which is not true, just to avoid reality and for not to be blamed for the rupture of our marriage. I want to know if he can actually put me on the streets and with no money??? I am consulting a lawyer but anyways I though I should ask. |
