| Answers: JUDGEMENT GARNISHING WAGES SEROUISLY INQUIRYS!? ok i got 2 repos and i owe about 5k$$$ all togther on both and then i got a foreclosure that i owe about 10$k on and then i got hospital bills that ar about 5 k$$$ on working min wage theres no way i can pay my debts i struggle just to pay a water bill. so im about 20k$$ in debt estimate with these balances is it likely they will come after me its been 2 years i have wrriten them cease and decease letters they quit calling me and they quit sending me letters i still ponder about it because in ARKANSAS THAT STATUTES OF LIMITIATIONS IS 4 YEARS!! so should i wait it out another 2 years also i been moving a lot i move every 6 months and i dont have home phone numbers and i change jobs all the time is it possible they will find my friend this is not about me its a friend of mine who doesnt have internet im trying to assist him i work in a law firm for 1 year doing garnishments but i dont know everything need some suggestion on arkansas garnhishment wages and are they likely to go after him over foreclosure and repossesioon defecency balances??? |
