Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills. Skills and practice is what makes you capable to take responsability inmediatly in any area, formal education without practice doesnt give you any skills no matter how many books you read. But having both, professional education with skills and practice in the area, is the perfect combination.

Describe the benefits of working with others

As human beens we need interaction, we always learn from others. Even from the less skilled. Working in groups give you better results.

Concentration, depending on type of work.

What was your worst working experience?

Bad tempered boss.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Do my job nomatter if the others work less and get paid more. Work for love of what we do at work, not only for the money.

What unique skills do you have?

I dont have an specific, unique skill but having so many skills in different areas and being good at all them, makes me unique.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Any job where I have good people around, where Im provided with all the tools needed to develope a good job and offer a complete service.A job where we are apreciated, not discriminated or abused. A job with armony, respect and good salary.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The satisfaction of the clients in evey aspect.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The personal sacrifise we make to be able to do an excellent job.
