Formal education or skills and why? Most valuable in my oppinion are skills. Without skills, education is only a diploma... Describe the benefits of working with others Less time spent in one Project, as anyone is the right person for the right job. In this case, the project might be very complex but very accurate too. Describe the benefits of working alone Making own personal agenda and timming, prioritizing more efficiently and better focus on important details ( no delegating necesity). What was your worst working experience? Working experience means for me all the situations I've been dealling with until now. There is no bad experience is only different perspective of looking on/for solutions. Each experience is a base for the next one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson learn by me is that we are always part of a master plan, and we are equally important for its success. What unique skills do you have? I am unique as any human being, but more often I realise that I can find a unique way of observing things, people, events, etc. A way people never were thinking of about that "thing".
