I have 5 years post graduate working experience in Australia working as a process engineer, operations engineer and other positions in water waste water treatment, and food manufacturing areas. I am more interested in enhancing my technical skills in process engineering and project management. What nationality are you? India, because of the diversity and scale of industries. I beleive the environment in India is more competetive and diverse. I also want to add international exposure to my portfolio. Formal education or skills and why? In my view skills which are an extension of formal qualification are most valuable, as formal education prepare sound fundamentals more often based on theoritical knowledge, such knowledge consolidated by field or actual life experience completes the learning curve. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team environment is advantageous as it allows an individual to share his/her perspective with others. It also provides learning oportunities and enhances communication and management skills. Describe the benefits of working alone Advantages of working alone is to demonstrate your individual potential and it teaches decision making ability and promotes ability to self motivate. What was your worst working experience? Early in my career I was part of a team that was not very cooperative towards me, I can count that experience as worst working experience but in my opinion it has been a valuable experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Most important lesson i have learnt is to constantly keep challenging oneself. Pick up all positivities from people around you as you go. Always take time to assess what you have aceived and what you could acieve. What unique skills do you have? I have good people skills and management skills. I have good understanding of management systems, food manufacturing practices, environmental regulations related to trade waste, municipal waste and recycled water, piping design and installation, plant operation and management. I am a quick learner and once I hit the straps I am very good at what I do. I have proven this time and again in my short career span. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job at this point will be the one that allows me to learn, grow, and lead. I am a restless indivdual and like continual challenges. At this point of my career I have the hunger to develop as a professional gaining as broad experience as I can. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Design and build are two areas that I am very interested in. I have project managed on new treatment plants before and I find the sense of achievement very satisfying. I have limited experience in plant design and I would like to broaden my experience in these areas. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
