formal education is most valuabale beacuse skilled can be developed timely but formal education can be developed timely,as it is the first need to do any thing.

working with others allow us to share and learn other quality and skills.it also helps us to became easy friendly which is good for work and us.it removes shyness,hasitation and bring openness and gurts which is very good for overall personality development.

What was your worst working experience?
it is the case of Secudial tendency client of mine when i reveled her hiv possitive result.it took a week to convense her.but after a month i come to know she comit sucide.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
hard work and honesty really works.

i work with full dedication to deal with my clients to solve their problem. my interpersonal communication skills helps me lot in my profession.

working for HIV+ towards care and support in hospitals and Community.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
its really satisfied me as a human being when i really bring my client out of his /her problems.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
many times its make me sad when i saw the problems of society.
do u thinks that social workers would be paid higher salaries for their contribution in Development process.
yes i think social workers would be paid good salaries for their important services and contributation for socitey and cummunity development services which can bring possitive social change to any country.
