Skill is more favorable this means that one who has skill has the technical know of the job one is trained in Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives one the opportunity to work as a team member,and in such a person learns of his or her own limitations and how to improve on them by observing others carry the task. Person acquires a skill by observing others do it and the end the person becomes technical sound. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone gives one the much desired job responsibility , recognition and one 's worthiness is individually recognised. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when I came across the delivery of twins just after obtaining a diploma in midwifery , fresh from school with limited experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The lesson was that none is fully qualified in the Medical field,practice makes one perfect and that's why medical personnel keep on practicing and renewing their practitioner licenses.This keeps them in check with their profession as health issues may seem the same but differ in their presentation in each individual affected. What unique skills do you have? I posses the skills appropriate for an experienced Nurse, I handle each case I face its on merit and that's the unique skill I have. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to work in Australia as a nurse What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Its when a person recovers from an ailment at the least expected time and when the unit upholds a low mortality rate. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
