am looking for a teaching job.

kenyan

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

fluent english,kiswahili and kinyore

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

mostly australia,but if a chance was available in canada,kenya or u.k,will still take it up.

What countries have you worked in?

kenya

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

none,but if offered a chance,i will get one for whichever i shall have qualified to go to.

What field do you currently work in?

teaching

What fields have you worked in before?

action aid as a research programme manager,presiding officer for refurundum and elections,supervisor_census,traines of trainees,supervisor-knec,chairlady guiding and counseling-western league of churches.

What qualifications do you hold?

m.ed-kisw,b.ed-arts,p1 teacher

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

offering formal education,for it is an opportunity for face to face interraction,knowing more people,able to gauge oneself and able to tell who is who.

Describe the benefits of working with others

make friends,learning of what you didn?t know,learning to live and work with people of different characters.

Describe the benefits of working alone

you have time to think,research,come up with new ideas.

What was your worst working experience?

when i tried putting in place new rules of setting and giving cats,it was taken as too much work and so rejected by collegues.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

create an atmoshere that will enable you enjoy working,enjoy working wth your collegues and giving learners the best

research on how to be the best in occupation

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working as a senior lecturer in a prominen institute.

help my learners achieve their goals

assuming that all learners are fast learners
